Introduction

What is Semeion and why it exists

What is Semeion?

Semeion is a decision integrity platform. It brings reports from different sources into one review workflow, groups related material, shows what appears independent or repeated, and applies clear rules before the evidence influences a decision.

Key Features

  • Bring reports together - Collect input from RSS feeds, webhooks, APIs, and custom connectors
  • Group related reports - Place reports about the same subject into a shared case for review
  • Check the evidence - Compare source context, timing, repetition, and coordination indicators
  • Apply review rules - Use configurable thresholds to allow, hold, or reject reliance on a case, with attributed human review
  • Keep the decision trail - Record the evidence, policy, and review behind each result

Architecture Overview

Semeion is built with modern TypeScript and follows a modular architecture:

Semeion architecture: Connectors → Ingestion → Clustering → Scoring → Gates → Summarizer, Actions, Audit Log

Use Cases

Semeion is designed for organizations that need to:

  • Review noisy feeds without counting the same source item more than once
  • Separate independent support from copies, syndication, and source echo
  • Add an evidence check before people or AI systems act
  • Keep a clear record of the evidence, rule, uncertainty, and human review
