Privacy notice

How information from Semeion’s public contact form is handled.

Effective September 1, 2026

What this notice covers

This notice covers the public Semeion website and contact form. It does not describe data processed inside a separately agreed customer evaluation or deployment; that work requires its own terms and data-handling agreement.

Information we process

When you submit the form, we receive the inquiry type, your name and email, any organization you choose to provide, and your message. Please do not submit credentials, datasets, case records, patient information, financial records, or other regulated data.

To keep the form reliable, the website and its security providers may also process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and challenge results.

How we use it

We use the information only to review and respond to your inquiry, protect the form from abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain necessary business records. A contact submission does not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell the information.

Services involved

Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website, including the Turnstile verification on the form. Resend transmits the form as an email, and the recipient’s mailbox provider stores and delivers that message. Those providers process information under their own service and privacy terms.

Storage and retention

Semeion does not add contact-form content to its application database. The message passes through the delivery provider and reaches the recipient mailbox. It is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a possible working relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve security and delivery issues.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete a prior contact submission by using the privacy or data request option. Applicable law may provide additional rights based on where you live.

Contact

For a privacy question or request, use the contact form. That keeps the contact destination private and reduces unsolicited mail.
